HOW ABOUT SOMETHING...
MEET LAUREN:
Lauren Koester spent 15 years as a creative in the games industry before funneling her nerdy hyperfixations into clay. Now, she's an active member of the San Francisco pottery community, currently learning everything from kiln repair to glaze chemistry. Her limited work spans functional pottery — stoneware mugs, ceramic bowls, vases, and everyday handmade ceramics with hidden charm — alongside sculptural pieces featuring inspiration from nature, silly little guys and putting a butt on anything that can fit one.
Every piece is one-of-a-kind, hand-built and fired by Lauren in San Francisco.

LOOKING FOR SOMETHING CUSTOM?
For the cost of a bag of clay, Lauren will (attempt to) create the pot/vase/jar/art/hot dog holder of your dreams. The goal of this custom? Learn how to make something new and create some fun content. Lauren has made hundreds of projects since she started her pottery journey, but she is constantly striving to learn more. Lets get a little weird and wonky ⚡︎
Examples: Travel mugs, viral pottery makes, berry washing bowls, dice tower, planter (with or without butt)

All products for sale at Lauren Made are made to be fit for use. Any piece that is designed for use with food (mugs, plates, bowls) has been fired to clay body and glaze manufacture specifications. Post-fire, pieces are coated in liquid quartz to ensure all surfaces are sealed and safe for use. Pieces are then run through the dishwasher before shipping.
